Peter Najarian

Pete is the Managing Partner of RW3 Ventures, a digital asset venture firm and part of the Raptor Group. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Revenue Officer at BitGo Inc, with responsibility for all revenue, sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to BitGo, Pete was the Sr. VP- Institutions at Xapo. While at Xapo, Pete built and managed the client coverage team with responsibility for Institutions. In this role, Pete was also instrumental in the subsequent sale of Xapo’s Institutional business to Coinbase. Prior to these digital asset positions, the majority of Pete’s career has involved numerous roles building teams focused on international finance with institutional investors. Those roles have included Global Head of Emerging Markets Sales for both Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS. In these various roles, Pete has been responsible for the organization and leadership of institutional sales teams in 27 countries with a specific focus on Fixed Income, loans, currencies and commodities. Pete is a graduate of Lafayette College and Duke University (MBA).
